Delphi Villas Community Plan

Designed as an Active Adult Community, the architectural & community plans focused on the existing dry climate of the High Desert of California. Middle Eastern & Mediterranean design concepts including evaporative cooling techniques and courtyard home designs were incorporated into the architecture as well as the landscape design. Pedestrian linkages through paseos and green neighborhood centers provide social links to the community.
